The foundation of the practice. What space clearing is, how energy accumulates in land and buildings, and the complete protocol used in a professional clearing. Annie will also go over how to dowse — so you have the tool in hand from day one. We establish the framework you will work within for the full four weeks.
Challenges & Remedies, Part 1
Introduction to the Challenges dowsing chart — 23 energetic conditions that can affect a home, from geopathic stress and Hartmann lines to thought forms, burial sites, and magnetic deficiency. You begin learning to identify what is present and select the right remedy from the 26 available.
Remedies, Part 2
Deep work with the Remedies chart. Crystals, earth acupuncture, sacred symbols, sound, mantra, smudge, essential oils, ceremony. You will understand which remedy applies and how to verify through dowsing that the work is complete. The standard is 10 out of 10 harmony.
Hands-On Space Clearing
You clear a real space — your own home, a room, land, or a property of your choosing — working the full protocol and Workbook from start to finish. This is where the practice becomes yours.

The dowsing workbook at the center of this course is a diagnostic and treatment system. You work through it methodically — identifying each challenge present in the land and building, applying the appropriate remedy, and verifying through dowsing that it has been resolved.
